But on Thursday Justin Bieber was spotted partying with a pair of scantily clad women on a yacht in Miami Beach, Florida.

The 20-year-old pop star made sure to be shirtless for the occasion, as always, as he appeared to sip from a beer bottle even though the legal drinking age in Florida is 21.
